SUNDAY 6th AUGUST starting at 10am. |
2006 marks the 30th anniversary of the launch of the Rover SD1 and the Rover SD1 Club has a packed program of events this year to celebrate this major anniversary. |
The National Rally and AGM at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon. |
On display we hope to have the oldest surviving SD1 together with the last SD1 produced. There will be a selection of race cars including some of the mighty TWR group A Vitesses, this in addition to the usual mouth-watering display of superb SD1s and the Club's legendary Judging Competition. |
Admission is £2 per car to the SD1 arena, this will include a national day plaque. In addition, wrist bands will be available from the Club at £6 per adult (optional) for entry to the museum. Normal full admission to the Heritage Centre is £8 per adult. |
Once again there will be a convoy around the local area departing at 13.00, all welcome. Full details on the day! |
Overnight stay: Contact Lee Allen, on 07786 278485 for details of caravanning and camping. |
We hope to see loads of SD1s at our events this year, so why not drop in too. |
AGM time, TBA. |
